To get the process started, contact us at our Rock Hill office via phone 803-324-7683 or email Southern Builders and leave us your contact information. We will contact you promptly to discuss your project and get a general overview of the proposed scope of work and timeline. After the initial conversation about your project, we will set up a time for a meeting at our office or your site to discuss the project in detail. During this meeting, we will gather information to determine the best course of action to meet your needs.

If you already have your drawings completed and are ready for pricing on the construction phase, we will set a date to submit a formal written proposal to you from Southern Builders.

If your project is still in the early stages and you need guidance on property selection, drawings and specifications, or defining the scope of work, Southern Builders will assist you in planning and designing your project so that accurate pricing can be completed. We have a working relationship with several talented architects and draftsman. Southern Builders will work thru the design professional selection process with you to match you up with a professional that best fits your project. We will then work closely with the design professional to assist in designing your project. This approach often lends itself to added value for the client because Southern Builders is able to contribute valuable knowledge from years of experience to the design process.

Once the design and pricing is complete, we will write a contract that clearly describes the parameters of the project including contract amount, specifications, drawings, payment schedule, warranty, insurance, and lending requirements. Once the contract is reviewed and all parties are in agreement, the contract is signed and the construction of your project is set to begin.
