Ebinport Elementary School: Rock Hill, SC

16,000 SF : Addition and Renovation : Completion 2017

The Ebinport Elementary project included the addition of a new main Entrance and Administrative office space wing. Renovated areas include Classrooms, Auditorium, Restrooms, Nurses Station, and Corridors. New lighting and HVAC were installed in the renovated areas. The project was phased to minimize impact on the schools schedule. Southern Builders staff closely coordinated the work to ensure a safe environment for the students and RHSD staff.
