York County Fire Training Center: York, SC

40,000 SF : New Construction : Completion 2016

Complete site development and construction of a new Fire Training Center for York County. The project included a 12,750sf Training Center; 10,500sf Shop Building; 3200sf Open Air Pavilion; 4500sf Vehicle Storage Building; Four Story Fire Training Tower; Two Story Class “A” Burn Building; 33,000sf Heavy Duty Concrete Training Plaza with Restroom/Laundry Facility and Storage Building; and a 19,500sf Driver Training Lot. The monument on the front lawn of the building is a steel beam from the World Trade Center in New York which was salvaged from the 9/11 terrorist attack on the United States.
