Fort Mill Fire Station #2: Fort Mill, SC

Complete site development and construction of a new Fire Station for the Town of Fort Mill. We worked with ADA Architects on this project to provide a detailed masonry exterior with specialty overhead doors and windows. The interior of the station provides state of the art accommodations including a fitness room with sports flooring, full kitchen, decontamination room with extractor, bunk rooms, and office/logistic space. The building is supported by a full service gas generator and is designed to withstand a seismic event so that the firefighters, who are also first responders, are able to provide service to the community without interruption.
