This new Multipurpose Building was built by Southern Builders in Buford, SC for Lancaster County School District and provides a new gym, fully operational stage with lighting and rigging system, concessions, classroom space, indoor track, Mondo athletic flooring thru-out most of the building, moveable partitions, and much more. The construction included extensive sitework, foundations, load bearing masonry walls, steel roof structure, membrane roof, brick veneer, storefront windows and doors, HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Sprinkler, Fire Alarm, and all building finishes.
