5000 SF : Renovation, Completed 2006

This renovation in downtown Rock Hill included complete demolition of the interior of an older building and all new interior with large moldings and high end finishes to create a new office and meeting space for the Payne and Blades Law Firm. We worked with the City of Rock Hill to secure a grant to fund a percentage of the exterior façade renovation on the front and rear of the building.
