York Preparatory Academy: Rock Hill, SC

We were very proud to partner with York Preparatory Academy on this DESIGN-BUILD facility that accommodates events on the athletic fields and blends beautifully with the other buildings on the YPA campus. The first level of this facility provides large open classroom space, dining, concessions, locker rooms, restrooms that are accessible from the athletic fields, office space, storage, and elevator. The second level provides lots of large windows for viewing athletics on the fields below with meeting space, a large fitness area for faculty, showers and restrooms, office space and so much more!

Southern Builders provided preconstruction planning, architect and engineer selection, and navigated the permitting process with the state of South Carolina Office of School Facilities. The DESIGN-BUILD project delivery approach proved to be a cost effective and low stress process for the owner with the desired end result of a first-class facility.
